Nutrition Challenge
Today's Bonus: Perform the 10 min squat hold. Time yourself and hang out in the rock bottom squat position for 10 minutes. If you cannot stay down there for 10 straight minutes, use a stopwatch and pause it each time you have to adjust or stand up.
