The rumors are true... the second annual Spring LEANing Paleo Challenge is coming!
What's this all about?
We're taking the month of May to focus on nutrition and see what a difference paleo eating can make to your performance, your health, and probably your reflection in the mirror. The challenge begins Monday May 2 and ends Friday June 3 (just in time for the Spring Fling CrossFit competition in Regina!).
Challenge You Say?
That's right. We challenge you to 1 month of pure paleo eating to perform this experiment on yourself. If you want really good data, go to your doctor and have regular blood work done at the beginning and at the end of 1 month of meats, veggies, nuts, seeds, and berries.
Those brave warriors ready to accept this challenge we've thrown down will buy in with $25, complete a benchmark workout at the beginning and again at the end, log their food online for the entire duration of the challenge, and have before and after photos taken (women in shorts and sports bra, men in shorts). We pinky swear those pictures will never appear on the internet.
At the end, David and Jocelyn will pick 3 finalists from each of the divisions below and all the participants will vote for the winner from each division. Each winner receives half the money from the pot AND a free month of unlimited CrossFit.
What are the rules?
To be eligible to win you must eat strictly paleo foods for the entire month. We'll supply a list of yays and nays for good food choices and keep you going with weekly menu suggestions. Think you might fall off the wagon? Don't worry, this challenge comes with life lines!(Phone a friend - "Hello, dominos?")

1 Three Hour Cheat bonanza

You only get one of each so play them wisely :-)
How do I get in on this?
