Joe M., one of our badass CrossFit grandpas, busting out the handstand pushups!
"Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
You can attack the pullups, pushups, and squats in any order, in any number of sets and reps. You just have to complete the given number of reps before moving on to the final run.
A full murph is done wearing the 20lb weight vest.
