30 Push-ups, release hands from floor at the bottom
21 Overhead squats (95/65)

10 minute cap

 

Rest 2 minutes

 

Part B. Three rounds for time of:
30 Toes to bar
21 Ground to overhead (95/65)
10 minute time cap.

Squat/Power Clean and Press/Push Press/Jerk or Squat/Power Snatch. Anyway, anyhow just get it from the ground the locked out overhead.
