Get Ready for the Girls-O-Rama on New Years Day

Our Burpee challenge is now over!  Great job to everyone who took part.  We had more than 60 people (and counting) doing burpees all over the wolrd.  Make sure you send in your pictures and times to take advantage of your discount.  

 

Now on to our next holiday challenge.  On Sunday January 1 we will be doing the second annual Girls-O-Rama.  We'll be doing a different benchmark girl WOD each 1/2 hour to hour starting at 12pm.  The schedule will be as follows:

 

 

Noon:Annie

50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of:

Double Unders

Sit Ups

 

12:30: Amanda

9-6-3 rep rounds of:

Muscle Up

Squat Snatch (135/95#)

 

1pm: Grace

For time:

30 Clean and Jerks (135/95#)

 

1:30: Fran

21-15-9 rep rounds of:

Thrusters (96/65#)

Pullups

 

2pm: Isabel

For time:

30 Snatches (135/95#)

 

2:30: Karen

For time:

150 Wall Balls (20/14#)

 

3pm: Jackie

Row 1000m

Come to one, two, or as many as you like.  New Years Day will not count against your 2 or 3 classes so make sure you sign and be there for the fun.  Let's start New years off right and sweat out that booze from New Years Eve!  See you all there!
