It could have been a funeral, instead it's a birthday! As most of you know, Jocelyn's dad Brian had emergency open heart surgery 7 weeks ago to remove a benign tumor from the left atrium of his heart. Taking the record for "the biggest tumor the surgeon had ever seen" was not the kind of record he'd been chasing during his last 3 years of CrossFit training. Luckily, all those squats, deadlifts, and burpees prepared him well to survive the surgery and ongoing recovery. AND NOW the champ is turning 60, so we figured we better throw one big party!

All ages welcome.
There will be beer, wine, and loads of food plus musical entertainment by B.C. Read and George Tennant. Please RSVP though so we don't run out of noms or booze.
