Rest 3 minutes
Run 0.75 miles or Row 1500m

Run 0.5 miles or Row 1000m

Rumors are flying about the qualifying format for the 2011 CrossFit Games. Dave Castro has said there will be no sectionals, opting instead for an online qualifier to get to regionals. Tony Budding elaborated that an affiliate will be able to register to validate any qualifying performance. What exactly will happen has yet to be announced officially, but guaranteed things will be different again than years past.
