Strength: Deadlift 3-3-3+ at 70%, 80%, and 90% of 1RM
WOD - "Mary"
AMRAP in 20 mins of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Single Leg Squats, alternating
15 Pullups
Mobility: Ungluing the scapula
Optional CrossFit Endurance: Tabata Sprints
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. Treadmill set to 12% incline. All out sprints!!
