WOD
Seven rounds for time of:
10 Handstand push-ups
10 Squat clean (95/65)
10 L-pull-ups
Intermediate
7 RFT of:
10 Handstand push-ups or progressions
10 Squat Cleans
10 Dead Hang Pullups (with or without band)
When this is done, accumulate 60 total seconds of hanging L-Sit hold before your clock stops
