Tired of spending new years day lying on the couch wondering why you had that second half dozen tequilla poppers the night before? Why not try something new this year and welcome 2011 with a gruleing workout... or six.
This Saturday we will be having a New Years day full of some of CrossFit's most famous ladies. Every hour we'll complete a workout and inbetween play some "minute to win it" style games. You can take part in 1 to 6 of these workouts, just sign in online. The classes are all free so they are open to everyone no matter what membership you have. Sign up now cause it will be lots of fun!
