50 Thrusters (45# for everyone)

30 burpees (jump on to a 25# plate)

Part 2:

2 rounds of 2 min at each for max reps

Double Unders

Push Ups (hands touch behind the head)

Air Squats

 

 

 

 

1pm WOD at the Field House:

4 rounds for time:

Run 100m

10 Handstand Push up

Run 100m

4 bear crawls

Run 100m

15 Box Jumps

run 100m

20 sit up ->stand up (pistols style if you can)
