We are one week into our Paleo challenge and you may be feeling like a treat... We saw these in Sobeys today and the ingredient list is impressive:
Organic Apples!
Not a bad little Paleo snack for a movie, or if you just need something sweet to nibble on. Just remember they are still all carbs so not something that should be eaten all day everyday, just a good treat once and a while.

10 Wall Balls
then...
