Although weight loss is a goal for some, the majority of our athletes are not trying to lose any weight, and some are even trying to add a few lbs. As such, this challenge is NOT a "biggest loser" style weight loss challenge. It's a chance to focus on all the elements that contribute to your awesomeness and bring your training and performance to a new level.
