Skill work - Pistols/ 1 legged squats

 

Warm up Deadlifts: 12@ 25% 1RM - 9@ 50% 1RM - 6 @ 75% 1RM

 

WOD:

Event #4 From the 2010 CrossFit Games

Complete as many rounds as possible in seven minutes of:
7 Deadlifts (315/205lbs)
20 meter Sprint
14 One legged squats
21 Double-unders
20 meter Sprint

 

 

Cool down - grab a foam roller or orange balls and roll out erectors, hamstrings, and glutes
