"CrossFit Total"
Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
You will have 3 attempts to successfully move the most weight you can in each lift. Rest as needed between attempts. Your score is the total of your maxes in all three.
** We will also be doing a bonus Bench Press 1 Rep Max Weight ***
