In our multi-level CrossFit Group Training classes you will find yourself attacking all 10 of the generally recognized physical skills in a program with a constant variety of functional movements executed at high intensity. This is where your training enters the realm of sport and the competition begins. These classes are FUN, challenging, and always different. You will find a variety of athletes of all ages and fitness levels, working side by side in pursuit of elite fitness. Our CrossFit program can be scaled to suit any fitness level and our main requirement is a willingness to work hard.
Working closely with each of our athletes is a top priority at BRIO and as such we cap our classes at 14-15 people. This commitment to small class sizes allows us to pay close attention to the form, technique, and safety of each of our athletes.

All memberships are set up on a recurring payment basis and require a minimum 4 month commitment.
DROP INS: CrossFit BRIO loves welcoming experienced CrossFitters from other CrossFit boxes (sorry, gyms that teach "CrossFit style" classes or bootcamps don't count). You must have an active membership with your affiliate and have participated in CrossFit within the previous 2 weeks. Please contact us ahead of time to drop in for a WOD and we will save you a spot in the class. Drop in fees are $20 per class or free with the purchase of a shirt. If you are in town for an extended stay, we'd be happy to work out a short term membership or punch card as well.
Without CrossFit experience, we do not allow individuals to join our regular classes before completing our Foundations Program. We do however, offer a Free Trial Class day each month where visitors are welcome to join us for a workout in any class, all day long, at either location.
