Where do we begin?
Our CrossFit program is delivered in a fun and motivating group environment with a variety of ages, sizes, and fitness levels represented in a class. Before you can jump in with the groups, however, you will need to go through our CrossFit Foundations Program. This involves 4 sessions. The first is a small group introductory session, of which there is one per month at each location with a max of 5 participants. Following the first session, we will schedule 3 private personal training sessions at a time that works with both your schedule and ours. In our Foundations Program we go over the fundamentals of the CrossFit philosophy, the movements we use, and the basics of our recommended nutrition approach. Once you graduate from Foundations, you are good to go to join our regular CrossFit classes at both locations.

Full Time (unlimited classes per month) - $169
Part Time (10 classes per month) - $119
Student Rate (unlimited classes per month) - $115
Couples Unlimited - $269
Family rates also available for combos of parents, students, and little ones in CrossFit Kids.
All memberships are set up on a recurring payment basis using a Visa or Mastercard. The CrossFit BRIO Community is bumping and we have had to limit new members to only 5 per month at each location. So that we can do the best job possible in helping each person start their journey with CrossFit, joining BRIO requires a 4 month minimum commitment. After that, memberships continue to run on a month-to-month basis and cancellation simply requires 30 days notice.

You will need to demonstrate a basic level of conditioning and technique with the movements in order to safely participate in our group classes. Not sure if you’re ready? Try this test at home. Set a timer for 5 min and see how many burpees you can complete in that time. The standards for each burpee are to get down on the floor, with full contact of the chest, stomach, and thighs on the floor, and get up, finishing with a small jump and your hands clapping over your head at the top. In 5 min you should be able to complete a minimum of 30 burpees.
