Legends Workouts

All of our of WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes are open to all levels! Our Legends members are welcome to participate in any of these classes at both locations.

We offer over 100 classes each week! View our schedule

Our coaches are trained and qualified to provide Legends options for every Workout of the Day. These modifications are geared towards the older adult to feel welcome, included, and challenged in the right way. The "Legends" versions are typically lower impact (no jumping),  less demanding on joints and range of motion, and more time-oriented rather than rep-oriented. The goal is functional, real life fitness delivered in a fun and inclusive community!

Legends-only Classes

Although we love including people of all ages and abilities in the community of our regular classes, we also offer specific Legends-only classes at our South Location.

Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sun from 1:15pm - 2:00pm
