Guess what? BRIO West is SOLD! Although we were prepared for the sale of our Fairmont Dr. property to take 6-12 months or longer, an offer has been finalized much sooner than we anticipated and the new owners will be taking possession next week. We have loved that building and all the great times we've had there over the last (nearly) 3 years and we will be sad to see it go. But we are excited for the new owners - a bumpin local business eager to take on a new project - and amped to put our time, energy, and capital into growing our East and South locations.
