Forget busy restaurants, over-priced flowers, and candle-lit bubble baths! Come get fit with your favorite fitness friend on Valentine's Day. The fun takes place this Wednesday from 7:30-9pm at BRIO East and BRIO South. A tradition, several years in the making, our Valentine's Day Throwdown, is a fun, casual chance to do a few partner workouts with anyone you like - whether or not you like them "like that"!
