This Sunday September 22 is Bring your PARENTS to CrossFit Kids/Youth Class! We welcome parents to join in and play/workout with our Kids program! This is open to anyone currently in the program or visitors that would like to try it out! Each kid must have a parent or adult to participate and we will have some fun planned for all!
Sunday Schedule:
Cubs (3-5 yrs) 9:30am - 9:50am
Bears (6-10 yrs) 10:00 - 10:30am
Grizzlies Weightlifting (10+) 10:30 - 11:15am
Grizzlies WOD (10+) 11:15 - 12:00pm
