OT90 x 7: 2-2-2-1-1-1-1 Squat Clean & Jerk

Start around 50 % and build as form allows.

12 min AMRAP

3-6-9 Front Squats

9/7 Cals

Starting RX weights are 95/65, Beast weight starts at 135/95.


If you get the sets of 3/6/9 unbroken, add weight to the barbell (max of 20lbs). Once you've added weight you go back to complete another 3-6-9. The goal is to get as heavy as you can and still go unbroken.
