30 Deadlifts @ 30%*

20 Deadlifts @ 40%*
100 Single Skips
10 Deadlifts @ 50%*

Fun Fact: American Joey Motsay holds the Guinness World Record for the longest time jumping rope without taking a break. Motsay, a fitness trainer, set the record by jumping rope at his Positive Stress gym in Greensboro, NC, during a marathon session that spanned 33 hours and 20 minutes.
