- 16 Toes to Bar

- 8 DB Power Cleans

Then 2 Rounds of

- 50' Dumbbell Walking Lunge (50/35#)

- 16 Bar Muscle Ups

- 8 DB Power Cleans

 

Scaled version is (35/20#), hanging knee raises in place of toes to bar, and pull ups in place of bar muscle ups. For masters, teens, and all the details, check out the information sheet here
