Mondays 6:30pm @ East - Barbell + ROMWOD - a 30 min session of olympic weightlifting technique followed by a 20 min mobility ROMWOD sesh. 

 

Tuesdays 6:30pm @ East - Conditioning + ROMWOD - a 30 min piece dedicated purely to improving our cardio capacity, capped off with a 20 min mobility ROMWOD

 

Wednesdays 6:30pm @ East - Mobility Class

 

Wednesday 8:30pm @ South - Yoga Class

 

Fridays 7:15am @ East - Mobility Class

 

Fridays 6:30pm @ East - Gymnastics Class with Coach Kristi

 

Sundays 11am - @ East - Monster Mash - a high dose of pure CrossFit designed for the experienced CrossFitter

 

Sundays 7pm @ East - Mobility Class
