Scale appropriately to be done under 4 min. Hard time cap at 6 min. We will be repeating all these classic "girl" workout in 2-3 months. If you scale it well today and finish under 4, next time you can try stepping up the difficulty. If you do not hit the <4 min goal, next time repeat with the same scaling until you can go sub-4.
