This workout was created by CrossFit Chiang Mai in honor of retired Thai Navy Seal Saman Kunan, who died while attempting to rescue the group of boys trapped in a flooded cave. Read more about his story here.

*scaled option is to complete as a partner workout,  running together and splitting the reps each round.
