In this video, weightlifter and 3-time Olympic Athlete Kendrick Farris does "Isabel". He holds the american record in his weight class in the snatch at 169kg (370lbs).  Here we see there is a big difference between training to lift the heaviest thing once and being able to cycle a light weight multiple times in a row. While the two skills have some overlap, being good at one will not necessarily make you good at the other.
