*you must have a current membership at a licensed CrossFit™ affiliate. We only take drop-ins from CF affiliates in good standing that can be found on map.crossfit.com. We do not take drop ins from de-affiliated gyms, gyms that do "CrossFit style programming" but don't pay their affiliate fees, other "functional fitness" or "cross training" style gyms. We are super firm on this.
Seriously though, did you actually check if your gym is listed on map.crossfit.com? Because we're going to check and you're going to look like a silly goose if it's not.
