Class Sign In
In order to maintain a low coach to athlete ratio and appropriately manage space and equipment, all classes have a limited capacity. Athletes are required to reserve a spot in the class ahead of time via the web or our mobile app. The sign-in window is from 7 days to 15 min before before the start of the class.
Cancelling is required at the earliest possible time when an athlete is signed in for a class but cannot make it. Cancelling less than an hour before the class or not showing up will result in a "late cancel" on the athlete's profile. Accumulate too many "late cancels" in a month and advanced sign in privileges will be lost.
Kids in the Gym
Well behaved children are welcome to accompany their parents to the gym. We have chairs in our front area near a fireplace and a TV.
Children are not, however, allowed in the gym or on any of the equipment unless under the direct instruction of a coach during a CrossFit Kids Class.
Parents are responsible for their kids at all times while in the gym.
We welcome experienced CrossFitters visiting from other CrossFit Gyms (gyms that teach "CrossFit Style" classes or bootcamps do not count). You must have an active membership with your affiliate and have participated in CrossFit within the previous two weeks. Please CONTACT US to reserve a spot in a class.

CrossFit BRIO prides itself on being a Multi-Level Marketing free zone. You will not find yourself being recruited to join a pyramid, host a party, or buy products by any of our staff or coaches. We also ask that our members respect the community they are a part of and not view it as a network to be "mined".
All Memberships run on a recurring payment basis. To cancel a membership, written notice is required 30 days before the payment processing date.
