About the Event
Join us for an 8 week deep dive into proper technique for moving large loads, long distances, quickly! We will be working on the finer details of squats, deadlifts, cleans, jerks, and snatches. This program is open to adults as well as kids ages 9 and up (we'd love to see parents and kids taking this class together!).Â
On Tuesdays we will start at 7pm sharp (be warmed up and ready to go). We'll work on weightlifting technique and then join in on the 7:30pm class for squats and the sprinty WOD.Â
Thursdays we'll work on weightlifting from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Although you could choose to join in on a regular WOD class on this day, it would be most appropriate to make this a "weightlifting only" day in your training routine.Â
Spots are limited in this program so that you can enjoy loads of individuals attention and feedback on your movement.Â
