This weekend is our annual BRIO Coaches Retreat, hosted by Ryan at his Three Lakes Camp at Jan Lake. We will have a slightly modified schedule and we really, really appreciate the help from within our community from Jeff, Sherralee, Kelsi, Monica, and Carly to keep the fitness going while we are out of town.
