We are hosting a CrossFit Level 2 Course at BRIO this weekend! Saturday's 9:30am workout takes place at Father Basil Markle Park (on 105th st across from ACT arena). Sunday's partner workout will happen at the gym at 6 and 7pm after the course is done.
