As with the last 2 Fridays, if you are signed in to any class today you will be both the athlete and the judge, regardless of whether you officially registered for The Open or not. For time:
15 front squats (RX 95/65)(Scaled 65/45) 30 toes-to-bars [Scaled = Hanging knee raises] 15 thrusters Then, rest 1 minute before continuing with: 15 front squats 30 chest-to-bar pull-ups [scaled = chin over bar pull ups] 15 thrusters Then, rest 1 minute before continuing with: 15 front squats 30 bar muscle-ups [scaled = chest to bar pull ups] 15 thrusters
