CrossFit Total:
Back Squat, 1RM
Press, 1RM
Deadlift, 1RM
Must be completed in this order. Athletes have 3 "judged" attempts at each lift to establish a new 1RM.
Establishing these strength numbers is very important in order to work at the proper percentages in the coming months. Please make you best effort to get in to the gym today. Use last week's 5x1 weights to establish your starting point and see if you're due for a stop in PR city!!
