The Monster Mash is back! But what the heck is it?? These workouts involve multiple components done back to back in the same session. Participants should have substantial CrossFit experience, be accustomed to volume, and be able to RX most movements and weights (or know how to scale appropriately for those they cannot). Coach most likely will workout with the class. We'll warm up and practice together, but there will not be a specific teaching portion (ie you'll need to know what the movements are).
