More new opportunities to practice your skills on the schedule this week!

Coach Kristi will be offering an hour of gymnastics drills at BRIO South on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. Don't miss out on the chance to learn!

And with the high demand for more gymnastics practice time, we will also be doing a gymnastics+ROMWOD class on Tuesdays at 6:30pm at BRIO East. This one will be half an hour focused on practicing a specific skill (tomorrow's will be HANDSTAND PUSH UPS) followed by a 20 min ROMWOD mobility session.

Also, Wednesdays at 6:30pm at BRIO East we're adding a Barbell + ROMWOD class where we will spend 30 min breaking down and practicing one specific barbell skill followed by a 20 min ROMWOD mobility session. This popular session is also offered on Mondays at 6:30pm.
