This is workout #3 of the 4 that have been released for this weekend's Age Group Online Qualifier for the top 200 in each of the teenage and masters divisions.

AMRAP in 20 min: 50 Wall Balls (20lb to 10ft/14lb to 9 ft)

This workout prescribes handstand walking for all age divisions, including the 60+ masters! The bar has certainly been raised for the fittest in the world who would like to earn their chance to compete at the CrossFit Games in August!
