Sunday Sept 30 we're celebrating the 4th birthday of BRIO South and the grand opening of our spiffy new space.
Join us for a FUN partner WOD followed by a BBQ (all you need to bring is a healthy side dish per family...we will take care of the burgers and fixings)
We will have a DJ, jumper castles for the kids (weather permitting), balloon man (of course!) and activities to keep the kids busy (CrossFit Kids WOD during the adult WOD for ages 6-10). Kids room also available for the little ones to play in :)
Dr. Julie Darchuk will have a fun contest with awesome prizes to win!!
