A 'hopper' style workout on Good Friday šŸ„ššŸ°šŸ¤šŸ‡šŸŒ·


The Hopper Model of fitness in #crossfit:

"Fill a hopper (bingo drum) with any assortment of measurable tasks. The more variety the better. You are as FIT as you are well prepared to complete any random task pulled from the hopper."


It started as a way to think about who is fit and who isn't, it morphed into a way to test fitness and became the first @crossfitgames, and on Good Friday it's a way to build your own workout based on whatever the universe gives you out of the Easter basket!
