This workout is from 2012, before there was a scaled division in The Open. In 2021 there will be RX, Scaled, Foundations, and Equipment-free versions of all the Open workouts. CrossFit.com recently programmed this workout on 210211 with the following sample of what the scaled variations might look like:
Scaled: Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of: 15 box jumps or step-ups (20") 12 push presses (75/45lb) 9 hanging knee-raises
Foundations: Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of: 15 box step-ups or walking high knees (6"/4") 12 push presses (PVC) 9 sit-ups or seated knee-ups
Equipment Free: Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of: 15 broad jumps, 36-in. jump 12 push-ups 9 V-ups
