🎉🎈🥳🎁 Happy Birthday today to Derrick Morin and Sophie Brecht!!

Less than 1% of CrossFit trainers will go on to earn their CF Level 3 credential. Jess has accomplished something truly elite!!

At the end of 2025, we shared with our staff a mission: to be the highest credentialed CrossFit gym in Canada and one of the best CrossFit Affiliates in the world. A mission without the team behind it though is just empty words. Jess said HELL YES, COUNT ME IN.

MONTHS of hard work and dedication went into preparing for this 4 hour, comprehensive certification exam. Listening to lectures (while driving around doing her full time job, BTW), reading ALL the CrossFit material, taking notes, doing flashcards. - Shout out to her husband and kids, who are probably also prepared to write the L3 now too, thanks to all the study session and help!! -
