CrossFit Total:
Back Squat, 1RM
Press, 1RM
Deadlift, 1RM
Must be completed in this order. Athletes have 3 "judged" attempts at each lift to establish a new 1RM.
We usually do CFT as a "open gym" format anyway, so we've opened this one up for 1 hour open gym sessions with full capacity. This is completely within the Sask provincial regulations as long as you stay in your square and maintain your social distancing. We will not be running a formal warm up or a guided class, but coaches will be on hand to answer questions and judge lifts.
