Gymnastics Skills - Mental Health Fundraiser
David is organizing an 8 week series of dedicated time to learn or hone your gymnastics skills. These will happen every Wednesday from 645pm to 715. The cost is $10 per session or $50 for all eight. We'll be using this as an opportunity to support the many people in our community that are struggling with mental health, particularly exacerbated by the anxiety and isolation of the COVID pandemic. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Saskatoon branch of the Canadian Mental Health Assoc
Sessions will be as follows:
January 6th: Kipping Pull ups
January 13th: Handstand Push ups
January 20th: Ring Muscle ups - level one
January 27th: Butterfly Pull ups
February 3rd: Ring Muscle ups - level two*
February 10th: Handstand walking
February 17th: Bar muscle ups
February 24th: All skill refinement

*must be able to do strict pull ups and dips as a pre-requisite for this one
