Drama in CrossFit land this week when it was discovered that an athlete had submitted outlandish scores on the CrossFit Open Leaderboard (making herself the third fastest in the world on 26.3, for example) accompanied by videos where she used fake weights, cropped in a fake clock, and literally sped up the video to make herself look faster. Then when called out, she continued to lie in more and more ridiculous ways. If you enjoy when cheaters like this have justice served, then you'll enjoy this story!

There was a second video, a livestream in which Hiller reacts to the criticism from this cheater lady and her coach


And then a third, where the liar liar pants on fire fesses up (sort of) and admits to cheating. She received a 4 year ban from competition (the same as if she had been cheating with PEDs).

No 8am or 9:30 class next Wednesday April 1. We are hosting the Saskatchewan CrossFit affiliates for a roundtable gathering in the morning. A rising tide lifts all boats!
