On the latest episode of the CrossFit podcast, Jocelyn had the opportunity to interview Bill Anthes on the topic of mental and physical health. Bill is a licensed therapist and the founder of the Ruck Race League, as well as a former Green Beret, CrossFit affiliate owner, and seminar staff member. Check it out!


To accompany this episode, Jocelyn also wrote a large "research round up" on what the latest scientific evidence shows about lifestyle choices that impact mental health.
