NextGen CrossFit Kids classes are now open for registration and the limited spots are filling up fast! Class times are Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm for kids ages 9 and up.

We support fit families! Add a high school student to mom or dad's Unlimited Membership at CrossFit BRIO for just $35/week.
We're very pleased to be launching the new CrossFit BRIO University Student Scholarship Program! We will be providing a limited number of successful applicants a 50% subsidy towards our Unlimited membership for the 2024-2025 school year.
We're dedicated to supporting the future of fitness and health! The application has two simple questions:
1) How will improving your fitness through CrossFit help you be more successful in your studies?
2) How do you plan to use your fitness and your knowledge of CrossFit, combined with your education, to help others in the future?
The scholarship program is open to undergraduate students at the University of Saskatchewan. Healthcare fields are preferred, but not required. We welcome all creative ways of helping others live healthier lives in the future!
