In support of Tracey Wahba's team the Remyelinators for MS Bike, we are organizing a marathon row event!


Monday Sept 1 at 9am come out for a community event and row a full marathon (42.2km) in teams of 4. Set up camp, decorate your team space, switch out whenever, and have a heckin great time doing something hard with your friends. The catch? At least one person on each team must be not a CrossFitter!


Registration open Wednesday Aug 6 (further details coming via email). Team registration is $380/team ($95 each) and includes BBQ after! All proceeds will go to the MS Society of Canada to support those living with Multiple Sclerosis.


Optional add-on: We will make you custom matching shirts with your team name for $180 ($45 each), but you must be registered by Friday Aug 15! If there's one thing we love, it's samesies shirts!!

Welcome Lindsie to the team!

We are super stoked to share with you all that Lindsie Scott is joining the team here at CrossFit BRIO 🎉🎉


Lindsie got her L1 several years ago and had previously done some coaching and nutrition counselling at CrossFit Lair in Unity. She'll be helping us out on the coaching schedule, so you'll see her shadowing and learning the ropes in classes over the next few weeks.


Even more exciting is that Lindsie has taken the plunge to quit her full time job and bring her experience and talents to the business side of BRIO. She'll be helping on the member success aspect of things and working with Jocelyn to bring nutrition services to life for our community. Her skills are a much needed addition to the team, in pursuit of our mission to be one of the best CrossFit gyms in the world. To say we are STOKED is a massive understatement!!
