Registration for the 2026 CrossFit Open is well under way (what's The Open? Click here for the details). Team BRIO opening strong with 31 of your gym friends already registered! Our goal this year is to put forth a team of more than 50 people. Head to games.crossfit.com to register and mark your calendars for Friday Night Lights on Feb 27, Mar 6, and Mar 13. We are gearing up to participate in our 3rd annual Push Up Challenge for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Feb 5 -27 will be accumulating 2000 push ups, all for a good cause.
