In this episode we're taking take a journey back in time to the start of the exercise as a hobby, fitness as an industry, and the state of things in the late 1990s before CrossFit. We discuss the many obvious, but underappreciated ways that CrossFit permanently changed how people exercise and what it means to be fit.
